ALEXANDRE JOSÉ DE QUEIROZ
Little is known about Professor Alexandre José de Queiroz.
Of the limited information obtained, we are aware that he was born in 1813 and was approved surgeon in 1836 in Bahia.
The class of 1836, reportedly also Manuel Ezequiel de Almeida, author of the first doctoral thesis, presented at the Medical School of Bahia (2).
Later in 1840, was graduated from the University of Pisa, Italy.
In 1841 he returned to Bahia, having become a substitute lens of the Section of Sciences Subsidiary and, later, professor of Internal Pathology (1853).
He died in 1883. at seventy years of age.

Von den begrenzten Informationen erhalten, sind wir uns bewusst, dass er im Jahre 1813 geboren und wurde genehmigt Chirurg 1836 in Bahia.
Die Klasse von 1836, angeblich auch Manuel Ezequiel de Almeida, Autor der ersten Dissertation an der Medizinischen Hochschule von Bahia (2) vorgestellt.
Später in 1840 wurde von der Universität Pisa, Italien absolviert.
Im Jahre 1841 kehrte er nach Bahia, indem er ein Ersatz-Objektiv der Fachgruppe der Wissenschaften Tochter und später Professor für Innere Pathologie (1853).
