Transferred his residence to the city of Campinas in São Paulo state, conducted the college in that city, graduating in 1907, the Faculty of Dentistry of São Paulo.
In 1920, he graduated in medicine at the Faculty of Medicine Hahnemanian in Rio de Janeiro.
1. He was director-treasurer of the newspaper Correio Popular, Campinas and Vice President of Sanitarium Santa Isabel, where he practiced with his professional zeal, competence and great dedication.
2. Spiritist conviction, has become one of the great propagators of the doctrine of Allan Kardec, holding conferences in many cities of São Paulo.
In numerous journals, maintained a strong debate on issues spiritualists, where he demonstrated deep knowledge, arguing with clarity and elegance of philosophical and religious principles he professed.
His name became known, as well as their activities propagator of spiritualism, doctor and dentist were very competent and compassionate, doing good and dealing with the most humble affection and dedication.
On his burial, the journalist John Simple, published in the Correio Popular, "a chronicle in which, expressing the thoughts of all who benefited form the dead, asked:" Who was in the end, Souza Ribeiro? His only weapon, in memorable fights he had with powerful opponents, was not the dagger of mystification and treachery: the shield was the unshakable truth of Christ, learned from the sacred pages of the New Testament! Therefore won! Why this was never beaten. He was really predestined. "
Author of books, widely predicted his own death, writing in the day he died, that is, on January 18, 1956, one of his most beautiful poems.
